I didn't get in trouble for making my novel more graphic. Horrendous violence in a story thread is completely okay, on NG..... I got in trouble for the detailed love scene between Jen and Revenant. Yeah, that was apparently where I crossed the line. A few of the mods were not happy with that. Ironically, I ran the idea by a certain someone who said it would be okay. Afterwards, that certain someone did NOT step forward to help me out. I wasn't too happy about that.

Make your story more violent, that's okay. But Heaven help you if two of your characters do anything more intense than kiss.

Please allow me to do the same. I didn't ask anyone's permission before going ahead with that scene. It wasn't greenlighted by a mod. I was unsure whether to include it or not. Asked one person what they thought of it. (Had a good reason for asking that person. A reason I'd rather not get into). That person said it would be cool, and not to worry about the detailed love scene. So I included it.

Afterwards, when the backlash hit, that person posted that I should not have included that scene. Surprised the Hell out of me. Oh well, I promised the mods no more graphic "secking." And that was that.

Violence and sexual innuendo/situations is fine by me. If I can almost take being a mod here for a few years I can take someone writing a graphic story. God, it's 'Newgrounds' anyway, what can you expect.

I don't know the story Monocrom refers to... but heh, remember that Jade once wrote a story where my character was sexually pleasing a monster King... It was quite graphic.... *_*

Jade can get away with it because she's cute and sweet..... And she has bobs.

The story was my 5 Kings thread. But I'd rather not get into any details about who the person was who initially said the scene would be cool, then didn't back me up.
